Proactive Monitoring
Video Insight is proud to announce a new service, called Proactive Monitoring. Proactive monitoring gives our customers peace of mind and ensures that their surveillance system is fully functioning and is able to captures all required video. Using our industry leading Health Monitor (Link to Health Monitor page), Video Insight will monitor designated sites and provide proactive system reporting for downed cameras, and or/servers. Customer staff will be notified of the following events: cameras down, servers down, and insufficient disk space.. These notifications can include automated phone calls as well as email notifications. Contact personnel can be set at the server level or even the camera level.
In addition to utilizing the Health Monitor, Video Insight will also take responsibility for all software upgrades and ensure that the latest releases have been implemented at your site. Video Insight software engineers will monitor the performance of the servers and make recommendations to optimize all Video Insight systems. Lastly, Video Insight will provide periodic training for end user personnel, either on site or via a webinar.
Fee Schedule
$450 per server per year
