Video Insight is committed to our customers and we recognize that customer support is the adhesive that makes our products successful. Our products are very easy to use, but should you ever require support, we include unlimited telephone support for the first year with every purchase. Therefore, we encourage customers to leverage our expertise and experience to build a great solution.
Callback Guarantee
Video Insight prides itself on having world class technical support. We know that when it comes to support, long wait times are not an option. We are now offering a one hour call back guarantee. If you call during our regular business hours, we guarantee that we will call you back within one hour. We may not solve your problem in that time period, but you will hear from us. Our regular business hours are from 9 Am to 5 PM Central Time, Monday thru Friday except major holidays.
And to show you that we are serious, if you don’t hear from us within one hour, we will give you a $100 credit towards your next order.
Software Updates
In addition to telephone support, we are continually improving the features and functions of the Video Insight software. The first year of software updates is included with your purchase. Please visit our Downloads page for the latest software updates. Access to these updates in later years are available with the purchase of a Software Maintenance Agreement.

Hardware Warranty
A video capture card is included with each copy of Video Insight. This card comes with a One-Year Limited Warranty, which covers against defects in workmanship and materials that occur during normal use. This warranty does not cover damages that occur during shipment or because Video Insight was used with products not supported by our company, nor does it cover damages that result from misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, faulty assembly, alteration, modification, power surge, or other damages attributable as acts of nature.
